2026 USA Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Region 5 Championships

It was three days of high-flying action at the Mobile Convention Center on the weekend of May 15-17! The USA Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Region 5 Championships brought together 650 athletes and 130 coaches from eight southeastern states for an elite showcase of talent.

Fans enjoyed a world -class field, headlined by Aliaksei Shostak, a two-time Olympian, World Champion, and Pan American Games Champion. Joining him were Nicole Ahsinger, a 2016 and 2020 Olympian and World Champion, and Sarah Webster, a World Champion and member of the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team.

This USA Gymnastics-sanctioned event is a qualifying stop for both the USA Gymnastics National Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Stars and Stripes Cup in Sevierville, Tennessee, making it a key stop on the road to national competition.
