2025 USA Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Region 5 ChampionshipsGymnastics

This year, 610 gymnasts, representing 39 clubs, from eight southeastern states, will participate in this USA Gymnastics-sanctioned event.  The three-day competition is a qualifying event for the USA Gymnastics National Championships in Providence, Rhode Island and the Stars & Stripes Cup in Minneapolis, MN.  The event is also preparation for the World Games in China and World Championships in Spain.   

The championship meet will begin Friday, May 16 at 8 am and continue through Saturday, May 17, and conclude mid-afternoon on Sunday, May 18.  Admission will be $25 for a day pass and $60 for a weekend pass.
