2024 Gulf Coast Clash High School Wrestling TournamentWrestling

The 6th annual Gulf Coast Clash presented by the Mobile Sports Authority will be Friday, November 22nd, and Saturday, November 23rd, at the Mobile Convention Center. This year’s tournament will feature teams from all across the southeastern United States, including multiple defending state championship teams and individuals! This year’s event will feature an Elite bracket in addition to a regular varsity bracket!

This year’s tournament will have a separate Girl’s Division!  Girl’s Wrestling is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S. today, and this will be the 5th year that there has been a Girl’s State Championship in Alabama! The Top 3 Girl’s Wrestling teams in the state are all scheduled to be there, so don’t miss this early season preview of the 2024 Girl’s State Championship!

Event Schedule:

Friday, November 22

• Weigh-ins from 12:00 noon - 1:30 pm
• Start wrestling at 2:00 pm
  • Rolling schedule, but wrestling should continue at approximately 9:00 pm

Saturday, November 23

• Weigh-ins from 7:30 am - 8:30 am
• Start wrestling at 9:00 am
  • Rolling schedule
  • Finals for Elite Varsity and Girls will be under the spotlight and should start approximately 5-6 pm.

The cost of admission is $20 per person per day.  Online tickets are available through GoFan.  Tickets can be purchased at the door through the GoFan app (no cash at the door).
