Reebok Spartan Race, the world’s premier obstacle race series, in partnership with the Mobile Sports Authority and the City of Saraland, today announced the first-ever Spartan Race to take place in Alabama – the Saraland Super – which is set for October 17, 2015. 

The Saraland Super course will be laid over varying landscapes that will take racers through swampy bogs, prairie lands and heavily wooded forests as they crawl, climb and run through obstacles designed to push them to their limits. There will be three heats during the race, an elite group, a morning group, and an afternoon group.
